Open Clinical Trials
The Atlantic Clinical Cancer Research Unit (ACCRU) based in Halifax, Nova Scotia was formed in May of 2008.
Its mission is to provide as many cancer patients as possible with access to promising new drugs and treatment strategies. At any given time, the staff is co-ordinating 30 to 40 trials involving about 150 patients while following 400 or more patients who have completed clinical trials.
Listed below are the currently open trials that cancer patients may be eligible for as of December 13, 2011. If you have any questions regarding eligibility or referring your patients, please do not hesitate to call the ACCRU Manager at 902 473 2161.
