ACON Web Conferencing
ACON Web Conferencing ultilizes WebEx.
Using WebEx is as simple as opening your email. The easiest way to learn is by watching the short videos on the WebEx site. Most of them are under a minute long. Topics include: Schedule a meeting, attend a meeting, share your desktop, share your webcam, and more.
How to Attend a Meeting - you will receive an email invitation to attend a meeting. The email will include a link to the meeting page and the time and date for the meeting. When the time comes, simply click on the link in your email, enter your name and email address and you are in.
